Dear visitors,
In Primadent surgeries we perform about 51 thousand treatments per year.
The company has been operating since 1991 and it was created on the basis of my private practice,
which I commenced in 1985.
In Primadent surgeries work over 40 stomatologists, 18 assistants, 8 secretaries and 5 people in the company's administration.
All doctors mutually guarantee treatments for one another.
The person responsible for the subject of our activity is the Head of NZOZ Primadent,
Stomatology Surgeon, Przemysław Uliasz.
Our patients obtain a treatment card,
which is the guarantee of the performed treatment.
The positions we enter in the card include:
- the date of the treatment
- medical diagnosis
- anamnesis
- the materials used
- treatment schedule
- prognosis
- the condition of the oral cavity
- the price
I invite our future patients to surgeries for an examination,
and if you have any wishes or demands,
we are able to adjust to them.

What makes the Non-public Health Care Centre Primadent different?
Moderate prices at
- a very high standard of performance,
- the guarantee of hygiene, i.e. patient's safety in a degree rarely to be found in health care centres,
- complete diagnostic and medical equipment,
- a wide range of medicines and dentistry materials of renowned brands,
- very well-qualified doctors,
- large financial resources of the Centre assigned for the education of the doctors
(the anticipated costs in 2004 is about PLN 250,000).
We have been operating since 1991. The availability of our surgeries in different parts of Warsaw. At present, in four locations in Warsaw we have 18 dentistry armchairs, which are the place of work of more than 40 stomatologists of all specializations and 31very well-qualified persons of medium staff.
